HWA Charitable Foundation
HWA Charitable foundation is a not for profit, Section-8 Company registered under Companies act, government of India. Although, HWA was formally registered under section -8 in 2019, HWA team was formed in 2005 and has been constantly working among the poor and the underprivileged in Bangalore. It has been providing ration, medical support and education support. During any emergency situation within Bangalore and outside, the volunteers of HWA has immediately sprung to action and supported the people affected by it.”

Mr. Anoop Ahmed
Anoop Ahmed An IT professional working in HP has been actively involved with the HWA since its early years. He has played a key role in strengthening the organization’s administrative systems and currently leads several initiatives like strategic planning. His dedication and professional expertise have greatly contributed to the growth and efficiency of HWA’s service activities.
Mr.Shameer Mohamed
Shameer Mohamed, is an Architect by profession and is running his own architectural practice. He is passionate towards bring about a change in the society by empowering people.
Mrs. Shamly Nakunnath
She is the Cofounder of Abhivridhi Techezy Solutions, She has more than 15 years experience in Counseling and HR Related fields.
Served in a Leadership and People Management role in one of Bangalore’s leading NGOs for 12 years. She is an alumnus of Calicut University and Banjara Academy, Bangalore.
Mr. Hassan Koya
Mr. Hassan Koya is one of the founding member of HWA. He is a pharmacist by profession and through his knowledge of pharmacy, he has been helping many patients in getting medicines at subsidised cost.
Mr Taha Mateen
Dr Taha Mateen is a renowned physician graduated from US University and MD of Acura Speciality Hospital and HBS Hospital in Bangalore. He is also a very active social service and heading multiple charity activities, the latest one being the Mercy Mission providing relief to thousands of people during the Corona virus lockdown period in Bangalore..
Mr. Mohammed Shaheer K (Shaheer Moosa)
A dedicated businessman with a long-standing association with the HWA , Shaheer Moosa has been actively involved in its social welfare and community development initiatives for many years. His consistent support and leadership have made a significant impact on HWA’s ongoing projects and programs.
Mr. A.A. Majeed
A.A. Majeed is a seasoned advertising professional and creative director. A Botany graduate from St. Thomas College, Thrissur, he has over 30 years of experience in branding, marketing, and print communication, having led campaigns for major brands such as Louis Philippe and Van Heusen. Founder of his own advertising agency, his creative work has earned national recognition. Beyond his professional career, he is actively involved in literary, cultural, and social initiatives through organizations like HWA Charitable Foundation, Dialogue Center, and Tanima Kalasahityavedi.
