HWA and Mercy Angels performed last rites (Jan 2022)

HWA received a call to attend an unclaimed body to do the needful and perform the last rites.

A resident of Pondicherry, who was admitted in Victoria General Hospital due to some illness, passed away on 01st Jan 2022. HWA, in association with Mercy Angels took the initiative to do the final rites of the deceased. Volunteers from Mercy Angels joined. With the help of a pastor ,finished the final rites and body was buried in a Christian burial ground.

HWA Ambulance in-charge Mufassil along with Tanveer and Naveed from Mercy Angels were in service.
